Shipping policy

Free ground shipping on orders over $100

We offer ground shipping on orders totaling over $100 CAD not including tax & shipping cost.

All orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Any payment authorization/verification or national holiday may cause delays to your shipment.

For all orders, please provide a valid phone number and email address as we or the courier may need to contact you regarding your order/delivery. We will be sending you the tracking number of your order by email.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. We will be closed on these days to observe the following holidays:

New Year’s Eve & Day: December 31st, January 1st and 2nd

Easter: April 3rd and 6th

Victoria Day: May 18th

St Jean Baptiste: June 24th

Canada Day: July 1st

Labor Day: September 7th

Thanksgiving Day : October 12th

Christmas: December 22nd, 25th, 26th and 29th

International shipping

We offer free International FedEx Ground shipping on orders totaling $350 CAD not including tax & shipping cost.

Shipping duration may vary depending on distance, customs and the courier. Customs may hold your package for further screenings. There is no guaranteed date of release and we cannot supply any details regarding this process. 

The amount paid for the order does not reflect any importation taxes. We are not responsible for any custom/duty taxes your country may charge for your package. If you decide to reject the package, only the amount paid for the items will be refunded once we receive the package back. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
